Key Requirements

  • •6+ years applying machine learning or statistics to real-world problems, including 3+ years directly managing ML or data science teams.
  • •Lead ML/data science teams in fraud, identity, fintech, banking, financial services, payments, or adjacent risk-focused domains; show interest in owning product direction.
  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • •Proven production ML impact, including developing and deploying production models and writing production-quality Python code and tests.
  • •Comfortable with modern LLMs/AI-assisted workflows and working with sensitive data under information security and data governance constraints.
