Staff Engineer II

Engineer and support enterprise middleware platforms that power business-critical applications. Provide hands-on support for IBM MQ as a Service, manage end-of-life middleware, and maintain secure, stable, compliant production services. Handle incident management, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle remediation for platforms including Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, NGINX, ActiveMQ, IIS, .NET middleware, and Azure Service Bus. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Application Development, and Operations.
