Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the end-to-end technical pre-sales process and create new opportunities through Akamai platform demonstrations.
  • •Architect and execute high-impact product demos, Customer Analysis Reports, and Proof of Concept (POC) trials.
  • •Partner with sales and customer executive leadership to align customer initiatives with Akamai’s platform capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to become a subject matter expert and share insights through technical content and community engagement.
  • •Manage technical proposals by delivering accurate architectures and optimal recommendations for complex web, security, and cloud deployment workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Have customer-facing experience in technical pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architect roles for enterprise accounts.
  • •Demonstrate core internet and cloud expertise including internet architectures, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS, plus hybrid cloud environments.
  • •Bring security and edge knowledge with hands-on experience in WAF, DDoS protection, Bot Management, and Zero Trust/remote access architectures.
  • •Be able to explain complex network and security transformations to developers and C-level executives.
  • •Have professional fluency in Arabic and English.
