  • •Create and refine scalable components and patterns to ensure adaptability, consistency, and product efficiency.
  • •Contribute to and refine the Design System end-to-end, including tokens, components, patterns, documentation, and governance.
  • •Use AI-powered tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to generate, iterate on, and launch live prototypes and products.
  • •Accelerate documentation and automate design-to-code handoff to compress the loop from idea to shipped pattern.
  • •Partner with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to set visual, interaction, and structural standards across product surfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years creating, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade Design Systems, with a portfolio of component libraries, user guidelines, and adoption strategies.
