•Support project delivery across onboarding and implementation, keeping timelines on track and flagging risks early.
•Assist with discovery work to capture customer requirements, workflows, and operational context needed for a successful deployment.
•Help configure and optimise our AI agent for specific customer use cases, working from established playbooks and guidelines.
•Monitor performance data to identify trends, flag issues, and surface improvement opportunities for review with the Delivery Lead.
•Coordinate activity across internal teams (AI, Engineering, Customer Success) to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed.

•Early-career delivery experience: some experience in a project coordination, implementation, or customer-facing operations role, ideally at a tech company.
