Job Summary

Oversee multiple warehouses to optimize Hydro’s UK supply chain operations, with national travel and occasional overnight stays. Own inventory control, manage the flow of goods, and set warehouse performance goals and KPIs. Lead hiring, training, supervision, and reviews for staff across locations while driving process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Produce reports, analyze data, and manage warehouse budgets.

•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance.
•Generate reports, analyze data, and manage warehouse budgets.

Key Requirements

•Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.

•Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
•Full UK driving license and strong IT skills with ERP experience.
