Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple field crews and ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines
•Develop and maintain field crew schedules across diverse projects and locations to meet schedule/budget targets
•Read and interpret utility drawings, as-builts, GIS files, and other utility records data to guide field work
•Initiate, track, and document utility records requests with Utility One Call Centers and Utility Owners/Operators
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior field staff and communicate project information with field and office teams

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS degree plus 4 years of related experience or AS degree plus 6 years of related experience or High School plus 8 years of related experience
•SUE and/or private utility locating experience with demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail
•Experience with ASCE 38-02 & 38-22 and understanding of SUE practices
•Frequent travel to field locations including overnight travel
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License and pass Motor Vehicle Records/background checks
