Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate fulfillment activities across order fulfillment systems, including pick, packing, and decant stations.
  • •Oversee order fulfillment quality, accuracy, completeness, timing, and shipment condition, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • •Study incoming product, waves, and records to set fulfillment priorities, work assignments, and methods to meet shipping schedules.
  • •Conduct weekly meetings to review fulfillment goals, work schedules, shipping policy changes, equipment maintenance, and safety issues.
  • •Train and advise employees on how to store, pick, pack, and ship goods; issue instructions; report discrepancies; and support orientations, safety training, and annual performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1 to 2 years of experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
  • •1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership role or similar role.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and WMS system experience or similar supply chain software.
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
