  • •Serve as a strategic thought partner to the India GM, pressure-testing plans and execution.
  • •Scope and build the case for new growth bets, including new segments, channels, and motions.
  • •Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives, from plan to measurable outcomes.
  • •Connect Legal, Marketing, and Product on India-specific initiatives and track KPIs/OKRs for the India business.
  • •Identify and fix operational problems early, using AI tools to automate and streamline execution.
