Key Responsibilities

•Provide regional FP&A functional guidance and leadership to in-country finance teams across Asia, partnering with Middle-East FP&A for consistent practice and process alignment.
•Support performance analysis and reporting to the Board/OpCo, delivering high-quality analytics and commentary on key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
•Contribute to annual multi-year financial resource planning (budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly light forecasts), integrating macro trends, regulatory changes, and business initiatives.
•Review and challenge forecast projections and develop unified financial models for scenario analysis, including sensitivity modelling for geopolitical and interest rate impacts.
•Drive FP&A transformation and process improvement using advanced tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, Tableau) and code-light automations (e.g., Alteryx), while ensuring risk/compliance adherence and addressing audit/regulatory findings.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A or related finance roles within a multinational bank or financial institution, including senior manager positions.
•Qualified accountant and/or professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (or strong equivalent experience).
•Strong financial modelling skills with proficiency in Excel and FP&A/financial planning tools.
•Experience with performance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning/stress testing using internal and external data.
•Demonstrated change management experience, including digital transformation and adoption of AI-driven automation.
