Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of features and services from design and implementation through deployment and lifecycle support.
  • •Influence system architecture, API design, and technology choices to build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java-J2EE applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate, and build production-grade microservices.
  • •Contribute to CI-CD pipelines and automated delivery processes using tools like Git and Jenkins, and containerized environments such as Docker.
  • •Provide technical mentorship through design/code reviews and deliver guidance via collaboration and design discussions, including support for production incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree), or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proven ability to independently deliver complex production software.
  • •Proven experience building highly available infrastructure-focused systems and working with distributed, automation services.
  • •Prior experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead; familiarity with observability, resiliency engineering, and automation.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native development patterns.
