Job Summary

Drive the acquisition and growth of retail banking relationships by promoting Shari’a-compliant Personal Finance, Auto Finance and Credit Card products. Build strong partnerships with corporate clients and individuals, identify new opportunities, and achieve cross-selling targets while ensuring compliance with Islamic banking norms and delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and individual clients to promote Shari’a-compliant products (Personal Finance, Credit Cards, Auto Loans)
•Identify new corporate accounts and individual opportunities for onboarding customers seeking financing solutions
•Achieve cross-selling targets of non-assigned products to contribute to revenues and market presence
•Ensure compliance with policies and Islamic banking norms throughout the loan/card application process
•Deliver high standards of customer service and monitor client satisfaction while achieving sales targets

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•At least 2 years UAE banking sales experience
•In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and relevant policies
•Ability to explore new markets and customers to grow sales
•Proven track record in achieving cross-selling targets and building product awareness
