Business Development Manager - MICE

Drive business growth for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort across corporate and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, events) segments. You’ll identify and secure new opportunities, develop strategic client and partner relationships, and manage existing accounts to maximise repeat business. Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarisation visits, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, and partner with internal teams (Events, Front Office, Reservations, Revenue) to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
