Loan Originator Assistant

Assist high-volume Mortgage Loan Originators with lending sales and support activities within Truist policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of mortgage loan guidelines, coordinate timely receipt and delivery of borrower documentation, and manage client and referral calls to answer questions or route them appropriately. Conduct loan pipeline reviews to support speed-to-decision and compliance, and help with marketing efforts using CRM and related collateral.
