Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and by following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain safety standards and asset accountability by recording use, wear, and conditions; work overtime/weekends as needed including occasional overnight stays.
