Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans are defined for effective execution.
  • •Ensure projects and programs are completed per predetermined requirements, including product/process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
  • •Document and disseminate information across project, program, and process development phases to enable transfer to other functional areas.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies related to engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • •Coordinate effectively with other staff to maximize productivity and ensure effective utilization of material and financial resources.
