Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage planning setup, including job templates and inputs from others.
  • •Specify work conditions and constraints with effective control requirements (hazard controls, permits, work instructions/procedures, and critical controls).
  • •Determine deliverables, scope of work, and required materials, equipment, and labour for approved maintenance and production work.
  • •Create SAP purchase requisitions for parts, services, and goods to meet production and maintenance demands.
  • •Manage master data changes and work in partnership with execution teams, engaging stakeholders through organized management routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in production planning principles and maintenance strategies to finalize work packages within cost and time constraints.
  • •Strong SAP EAM experience (previous experience in a similar role is advantageous).
  • •Mechanical or electrical/technical aptitude, including confidence understanding engineering drawings and complex data entry.
  • •Experience delivering services and scope of works with a strong emphasis on the safest and most efficient execution.
  • •Safety-focused, with proactive preventative planning and ability to manage OH&S issues to resolution (R8/Orien experience advantageous; civil/coal mining experience is advantageous).
