Job Summary

Support the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) business by providing analytical and coordination help across the global innovation pipeline. Track RTD trends and whitespace using sources like IWSR and Nielsen, monitor RTD formats across priority markets, and support New-to-World development. Coordinate global and local marketing inputs, maintain pipeline and governance visibility, and report KPIs and budget/spend to drive portfolio performance and innovation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide analytical inputs and early-stage assessments to support New-to-World innovation opportunities within the global RTD pipeline.
•Continuously track RTD trends and whitespace using IWSR, industry reports, competitive intelligence, and market inputs; synthesize findings into opportunity territories.
•Monitor RTD performance across priority markets to identify emerging formats, flavor territories, and scalable platform opportunities.
•Coordinate information flow between global RTD and regional/local marketing teams to align on requirements, timelines, and decision frameworks.
•Maintain global pipeline visibility by tracking milestones and risks, and support budget/spend tracking and KPI reporting with Finance and Insights.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Economics, Consumer Insights, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in brand management, innovation, consumer insights, or commercial roles in FMCG, beverage alcohol, or adjacent consumer categories.
•Experience working with market data sources such as IWSR and Nielsen.
•Strong analytical skills to synthesize insights, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate across functions and markets.
•Exposure to product development, portfolio management, or innovation processes is preferred.
