Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Process Safety Engineering activities for the NGLE project under the Process Engineering scope across engineering and project lifecycle activities.
  • •Monitor quality assurance program execution and ensure technical quality requirements are met within budgets and schedules during FEED and delivery.
  • •Lead Process Safety Engineering technical detailed design, preparing documentation, establishing methods/data, and selecting optimum designs considering technical and economic standpoints.
  • •Ensure Process Safety and Operations Philosophy is prepared with user requirements and that design methods/standards/data conform to Asset Owners and/or Centre of Excellence.
  • •Coordinate, execute, and progress Process Safety Engineering design; liaise with vendor representatives and other functions; ensure OQ safety and quality control procedures are followed and deliverables are reviewed in workshops.
  • •Be responsible for technical accuracy, quality, and economy of Process Safety engineering applications design.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in similar projects.
  • •Process/Chemical Engineering degree with relevant certification.
  • •Experience in refinery and petrochemical projects (preferred).
  • •Ability to lead Process Safety Engineering technical detailed design scope and strategies.
  • •Ensure design methods, standards, and data conform to Asset Owners requirements and/or Centre of Excellence guidance.
