Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining, directing and coaching the IRD team to deliver food and beverage service to guestrooms and villas. Partner closely with Culinary and Beverage teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency, while driving continuous improvements in guest and employee satisfaction. Manage staffing, shift planning, revenue/labor monitoring, and departmental performance goals including LQA, budget delivery, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the IRD team and oversee daily In-Room Dining operations.
•Ensure IRD compliance with resort policies, standards, and procedures through hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and supervision.
•Plan and monitor staffing levels and manage daily shift operations, allocation of duties, and manpower optimization.
•Review revenue, labor, and monthly profit and loss statements, analyze results, and take corrective action as needed.
•Ensure Food Safety standards (HACCP/DIVERSEY) are strictly followed and support catering events and guest dietary/allergy needs.

Key Requirements

•3+ years’ experience in a supervisory/management role within In-Room Dining/Room Service or a similar F&B operation.
•4–5+ years’ experience in a recognized restaurant, luxury resort, or catering institution with high service standards.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and build engagement.
•Strong operational understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience expectations.
•Solid knowledge of catering operations and beverage practices in the hospitality industry.
