Key Responsibilities

•Maintain operational and administrative health for ~100 ISV providers, ensuring organization profiles, compliance records, and points of contact are up to date.
•Lead governance and success for the top 20 strategic ISV partners, including structuring and running QBRs and building joint forward-looking plans.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on how ISVs fit into the broader channel ecosystem and provide channel support and enablement assets.
•Act as the escalation point for operational issues, cross-platform provisioning errors, and critical stalled support tickets involving ISVs.
•Collaborate with Growth Marketing to manage MDF and co-marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with brand standards and proof-of-performance reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 94,080 - 129,360 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience managing vendor relationships, channel partnerships, or marketplace ecosystems in a B2B SaaS/technology environment.
•Strong understanding of the indirect technology channel (e.g., TSDs, Master Agents, MSPs, Channel Advisors) and how partners get paid and sell ISVs.
•Hands-on marketplace experience with subscription commerce platforms, with preference for navigating the AppDirect platform (catalog management, billing/provisioning, developer portal workflows).
•Experience managing partner marketing programs and MDF allocations, including tracking co-marketing budgets and verifying ROI.
•Operational discipline and communication skills to lead QBRs and manage both daily catalog/provider hygiene and high-touch strategic partner success.
