Key Responsibilities

•Deployment planning and execution: Orchestrate deployment events across Taiwan, leading cross-functional coordination spanning hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and compliance to achieve mission success.
•In-country relationship management: Serve as Anduril’s primary face to military partners and representatives, building trust through cultural fluency and clear communication in Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English.
•Developing mission expertise: Build deep knowledge of the customer’s mission requirements and translate operational needs into actionable requirements for engineers.
•Developing product expertise: Understand capabilities and limitations of Anduril’s maritime systems; forecast performance and troubleshoot in the field.
•Communicate across time zones: Bridge in-country operations with US engineering and program teams, providing daily situational awareness and translating ground realities into actionable information.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English (speaking, reading, writing).
•3-5+ years of defense, national security, military operations, or a related technical field.
•Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with minimal supervision.
•Highly organized with demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
•Experience working directly with foreign military partners or in an international defense cooperation context.
