Senior Event Producer - Freelancer

Own end-to-end delivery of major live entertainment productions—from pre-production through opening and show operations. Lead planning, budgeting, execution, and risk mitigation while serving as the primary decision maker and production contact. Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Production, Creative, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Logistics, manage partners and suppliers, and ensure delivery is safe, on schedule, within budget, and meets creative and brand standards.
