Job Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of CaptivateIQ’s Product Platform, the shared foundation powering all applications. Shape data, workflows, identity, state, and AI/agent capabilities to accelerate product development, maintain enterprise readiness, and enable API-first surfaces. Balance platform rigor with decisive product execution, coach PMs, and drive cross-functional impact across Engineering, Design, Sales, and CX.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Product Platform strategy and roadmap. Define how data, workflows, reporting, identity, state, and the AI/agent platform evolve to make every product faster to build and more connected.
•Make the platform an accelerant, not a tax. Build primitives teams reach for by default and retire the temptation to reinvent parallel versions.
•Champion interface-first, agent-ready design. Ensure APIs and data structures are clearly defined with documentation and UX built on top.
•Model hands-on product leadership. Stay close to customer workflows, data models, agent behavior, and technical constraints.
•Scale enterprise readiness. Deliver governance, auditability, access control, sandboxing, and reliability required by large-scale deployments.

Salary: USD 212,120 - 300,419 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years leading product managers, with a track record of shaping complex, multi-tenant systems.
•Deep experience with platform or infrastructure products—data platforms, APIs and developer platforms, workflow/orchestration engines, identity and access, or similar foundational layers.
•Demonstrated ability to build reusable primitives and abstractions that serve multiple products, teams, and external builders.
•Strong API-first instincts—think in interfaces, schemas, and contracts before screens.
•Fluency with and curiosity about AI/agent stack: MCP, agent tooling, evals, context management, and orchestration around a model.
