Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, supported by and in direction from the management team.
  • •Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and safe, following high food hygiene standards.
  • •Manage portion control, preparation, storage methods, and food due diligence to reduce food wastage and protect profits.
  • •Support the shop floor when not cooking, including customer service and shop-keeping tasks.
  • •Replenish stock, fulfill online customer orders (including Click & Collect and on-demand orders), and support checkout as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of working as a cook in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • •Passion for food and the ability to serve a varied, nutritious menu.
  • •Customer-focused approach with the ability to engage Partners with the food on offer.
  • •Demonstrate commercial awareness, including driving sales in the partner dining room and controlling costs and wastage.
  • •Be flexible and adaptable to work between the kitchen and shop floor as required.
