Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, coordinate, implement, and oversee construction and maintenance project plans end-to-end while modifying plans to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • •Select and coordinate resources (inspection, equipment, contractors, and material procurement) needed to execute projects.
  • •Direct, monitor, and schedule contractors, inspectors, and employees across pipeline and facility work including measurement facilities, processing equipment, storage tanks, pressure tests, and appurtenances.
  • •Ensure contractors’ compliance with safety, quality, competency, and performance standards; provide feedback to keep company standards on track.
  • •Compile and verify operating activities, completion reports, accident reports, work orders, budget recommendations, and customer correspondence; mentor other employees.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of pipeline construction/project management experience in midstream or oil and gas, with strong knowledge of pipeline systems and appurtenances.
  • •Experience directing, scheduling, and coordinating contractors, inspectors, and employees on pipeline construction and maintenance activities.
  • •Knowledge of transmission/gathering pipeline operations, processing plants, storage facilities, and company/governmental operating and safety procedures.
  • •Familiarity with right-of-way, regulation and measurement, capital and O&M budgets, and related company/governmental regulations.
  • •Comfort working under DOT-covered functions when assigned, including emergency response and immediate action on dangerous or hazardous conditions.
