Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives for a dedicated cluster, partnering with third-party recovery agencies to drive collections outcomes. Monitor KPIs such as resolution rates and delinquency buckets, take ownership of delinquency and overdue recovery, and implement strategies to reduce roll rates and bucket-wise delinquencies. Develop data-driven collection strategies, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and produce daily and regular performance reporting.
