Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Lead Appointed Party for BIM delivery under ISO 19650, with authority to accept, reject, or delay information deliveries not meeting agreed standards and EIR.
  • •Develop and maintain project-level BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and review/approve Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP).
  • •Establish and manage CDE structures in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360, including project setup, access control, folder structures, and workflow configuration.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary coordination and chair clash detection reviews, coordination meetings, and issue resolution across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and specialist disciplines.
  • •Supervise and mentor BIM teams on Revit best practices and modeling workflows while staying hands-on with complex modeling tasks, and manage COBie-compliant asset data delivery for handover.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years progressive experience as BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator/senior BIM role focused on data center and mission-critical facilities.
  • •Hands-on application of ISO 19650, including experience as Lead Appointed Party and working knowledge of EIR, BEP, MIDP, and TIDP documentation.
  • •Proven hyperscale operator delivery experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) with deep understanding of Revit templates, family libraries, naming conventions, and coordination workflows.
  • •Advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency (Architecture, Structure, MEP), including parametric modeling, family creation, phasing, worksets, design options, and advanced scheduling.
  • •Expert-level Common Data Environment (CDE) administration (Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360) and strong Navisworks expertise for coordination, clash detection, and 4D sequencing.
