Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate activities related to aircraft manufacturing for the A220 program, especially the weekend shift, and oversee continuous improvement projects to optimize production.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams in pre-flight and delivery phases to ensure on-time aircraft delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • •Identify critical production paths and monitor OSW (Outstanding Work) to prevent delays and quality issues.
  • •Monitor and resolve production issues with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring timely escalation and remediation.
  • •Capture and standardize key processes and share best practices across the organization to improve efficiency and knowledge transfer.
