Personal Banker Associate I - Clarkston

Join a retail financial center team to support customers through a consultative sales approach. After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations, you’ll manage financial needs assessments, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and use marketing tools (including CAMP) to set appointments. You’ll cross-sell, deepen existing relationships, process teller transactions, and partner with mortgage and business colleagues to drive customer experience and growth goals.
