Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services and use the value proposition to support financial decisions.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Drive cross-selling and outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and support platform staff, while partnering with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and referring customers as appropriate.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or combination of education and experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
