Vice President, Investment Decisions, Rare Disease

Lead investment governance and decision-support for the Rare Disease portfolio, advising the CEO and Alexion Leadership Team on portfolio strategy, investment prioritisation, and long-term value creation. Serve on key governance committees and support Irish entity board engagement and compliance. Build robust business case frameworks, stress-test assumptions and scenarios, and escalate Rare Disease R&D risks and issues while partnering across scientific, operational, and financial stakeholders.
