Key Responsibilities

  • •Cover payment investigations, including beneficiary claiming non receipt, unable to apply, Sanction and Fraud customer referrals, and general account enquiries.
  • •Review outstanding Nostro breaks and determine next steps to ensure timely clearance.
  • •Execute and monitor daily Cash Pooling for customers across EMEA.
  • •Process retail banking products including cheque pay in, standing orders, direct debits, and BACS processing.
  • •Produce audit letters on behalf of customers and manage RMA administration, including support for UAT testing for new products, services, and IT builds.
