Join Carvana’s Reconditioning team as an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician working the 2nd shift. Use advanced glue-pulling, hail and crease repair techniques, and repair larger dents on both steel and aluminum panels. Work with state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers, maintain safety standards, and support customer timelines—sometimes including mandatory overtime. Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience is required.

•Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques.

•Use state-of-the-art tools within Carvana’s Inspection Centers to support reconditioning quality.
•Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet vehicle delivery commitments.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment and protective garments, including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other PPE.
