Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client service and operational support for one or more Financial Advisors using wealth/portfolio management business approach.
  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning assets to Baird, and maintaining an ongoing communication/client service plan.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls and schedule client appointments/conference rooms as needed.
  • •Maintain CRM system for Financial Advisors and manage client relationship activities such as mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking.
  • •Support client account servicing transactions and may enter investment order types per advisor/client direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.16 - 29.29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Focus on excellent client service.
  • •Expected to study for and obtain SIE Exam and Series 7 and 66 licensures within 18 months of hire.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented accuracy, and good analytical problem-solving skills.
