Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage large, complex, global, multi-function projects spanning workplace design, transaction management, construction management, facilities management, and IT activities.
  • •Partner with Real Estate Business Partners to understand business unit needs and facilitate development of appropriate solutions.
  • •Manage a portfolio of smaller real estate and facilities projects and act as primary point of contact/escalation for project clients.
  • •Develop and implement solutions and contingency plans by identifying project issues, escalating as necessary.
  • •Facilitate project kickoff/planning sessions and regular project control meetings to document scope, maintain schedules in MS Project, and track action items and issues; produce routine team and executive status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred; other real estate certifications desirable).
  • •8–10 years of experience in a large company setting focused on real estate-related disciplines such as project management, planning, transaction management, facilities management, or real estate development.
  • •Experience delivering projects across the APAC region, working effectively across cultural differences and styles.
  • •Demonstrated analytical skills to think strategically, drawing conclusions and spotting opportunities, trends, and issues from complex data.
  • •Strong financial analysis skills, including creating/analyzing real estate financial models and communicating key financial management metrics.
