Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team specializing in Local Government Infrastructure and set unit strategic goals.
  • •Drive resource management, succession planning, and staff development to build a resilient, agile team.
  • •Oversee project planning and delivery from concept through completion, ensuring time, quality, and budget standards.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project parameters while maintaining strong client focus.
  • •Provide technical oversight and act as a senior point of contact, translating insights into actionable recommendations and reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor / Master’s degree level in the relevant field.
  • •At least 15 years of diverse experience delivering Roads/Highways/Transportation/Infrastructure services in a consulting engineering environment.
  • •Chartered Professional (or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • •Experience delivering solutions compliant with international and local design standards.
  • •Strong understanding of planning and design processes, technical approvals and consents, and contract procedures with financial controls.
