Job Summary

Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams supporting the Global Capability Centre, driving local government infrastructure delivery across client accounts. Own strategic goals, set direction for resource management and succession planning, and foster high-performance collaboration. Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring time, quality, and budget adherence. Provide technical thought leadership, stay current on standards and legislation, and communicate strategic updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team specializing in Local Government Infrastructure and set unit strategic goals.
•Drive resource management, succession planning, and staff development to build a resilient, agile team.
•Oversee project planning and delivery from concept through completion, ensuring time, quality, and budget standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project parameters while maintaining strong client focus.
•Provide technical oversight and act as a senior point of contact, translating insights into actionable recommendations and reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor / Master’s degree level in the relevant field.
•At least 15 years of diverse experience delivering Roads/Highways/Transportation/Infrastructure services in a consulting engineering environment.
•Chartered Professional (or equivalent) is advantageous.
•Experience delivering solutions compliant with international and local design standards.
•Strong understanding of planning and design processes, technical approvals and consents, and contract procedures with financial controls.
