Key Responsibilities

•Define the master enterprise catalog vision, operating model, taxonomy structures, data ownership rules, and lifecycle management workflows across distinct product lines.
•Serve as the primary Product Owner for the end-to-end evaluation, deployment, and rollout of the enterprise PIM ecosystem.
•Architect omnichannel-ready product schemas that map variations, hierarchies, and cross-sell structures across accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility, and retail offerings.
•Drive the integration strategy connecting the PIM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), resort channel managers, inventory engines, payment platforms, and CRM solutions.
•Configure rich metadata, media, and promotional bundles to enhance product discovery, personalization, and conversion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related field
•10+ years of professional experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM)
•Proven experience leading enterprise PIM implementations within hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking ecosystems
•Strong technical strategy background with PIM tools (preference for Akeneo; other platforms include Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo, inriver)
•Direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms
