Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer construction contracts in accordance with project requirements and applicable contract conditions.
  • •Review, evaluate, and process variations, change orders, claims, and extension of time submissions.
  • •Support the Resident Engineer and Project Director on contractual and commercial matters, including contractual correspondence, notices, recommendations, and reports.
  • •Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and project deliverables, including review of payment applications with contractual input on assessments and recommendations.
  • •Identify commercial and contractual risks, propose mitigation measures, and assist in resolving contractual disputes and claim evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract administration and commercial management.
  • •Extensive experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably on projects in Jeddah, Riyadh, or other major KSA locations.
  • •Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other internationally recognized contract forms, including managing variations, claims, change management, and extension of time assessments.
  • •Excellent report writing, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience supporting multidisciplinary site supervision teams.
