Job Summary

Own Starlink’s customer integrity and threat detection program by proactively identifying and assessing platform abuse risks, designing and deploying solutions with stakeholders, and establishing expertise in investigative and abuse-prevention techniques. You’ll also reactively investigate scams, fraud, and illicit activity, and conduct periodic reviews to support legal/compliance obligations, all while protecting customer privacy and avoiding overreach. This role is based onsite in Redmond, WA.

•Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
•6+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
•6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).
•3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other business areas to improve customer integrity or related capabilities.
•Travel as needed for business (15%) and ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
