Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of the company’s highest-priority product programs, from initial alignment through launch, rollout, and post-launch follow-through.
  • •Build integrated program plans that clarify scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and escalation paths.
  • •Own the annual, half-year, and quarterly product planning cadence in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
  • •Maintain a coherent, current view of the product roadmap across teams, including priorities, commitments, capacity constraints, sequencing, and cross-team dependencies.
  • •Create forums for strategy reviews, roadmap decisions, launch reviews, executive updates, and retrospectives, and incorporate learnings into improved defaults.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or business operations within a technology company.
  • •Proven success leading complex, high-stakes cross-functional product launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoption.
  • •Experience designing or running roadmap, prioritization, and planning cadences across multiple product and engineering teams.
  • •A track record of building repeatable systems and ways of working—not only executing within existing ones.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including delivering concise, decision-ready updates to executives and senior stakeholders.
