Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and prepare calculations to support accounting conclusions and external audit reviews under US GAAP.
  • •Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, and lead implementation of significant changes.
  • •Coordinate complex transaction valuations with external valuation specialists, including managing inputs and reviewing deliverables for 409A and equity award valuations.
  • •Collaborate across Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, and other departments to operationalize and understand technical guidance.
  • •Design and implement efficient, SOX-compliant accounting processes and internal controls, partnering with auditors and providing training and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA license.
  • •7+ years of combined experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or corporate accounting at a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • •Demonstrated technical accounting expertise, including drafting memos on complex, non-routine transactions.
  • •Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
  • •Experience with increasing external reporting, audit, or regulatory complexity.
