Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize revenue and margin growth opportunities across pricing, promotions, pack/portfolio mix, channel, and trade terms.
  • •Own trade investment allocation, including channel/customer/brand allocation, and lead forecasting, spend accountability, approvals, and measurement.
  • •Maintain trade investment architecture across Wholesale, Off-Trade, On-Trade, and eCommerce while ensuring governance and compliance standards.
  • •Establish channel- and brand-level guardrails for pricing, promotions, assortment, trade terms, and pack-price architecture; monitor execution and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Lead pre- and post-investment measurement and reporting (including dashboards), and assess/commercialize innovation initiatives through launch readiness and post-launch performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of RGM strategy and levers (pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade terms, pack/format architecture, and portfolio mix).
  • •8+ years of commercial experience in finance, category/commercial insights, and/or sales with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including analyzing large/complex datasets, building models, and translating insights into business actions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to collaborate across finance, marketing, and commercial teams.
