Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and execute Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) commitments (CCW requests).
  • •Support Finance with accrual processes.
  • •Provide end-to-end ownership of Beeline (C-Worker Connect) transactions.
  • •Manage mid-quarter adjustments and amendments and work with stakeholders on pending budgets.
  • •Review contracts before submission for Finance approval and execute Cross Charges across the business unit.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
  • •3–4 years of business support experience across Finance and Operations.
  • •2+ years of Cisco operations/finance experience contributing to end-to-end PO cycle management and internal ordering (CCW) is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in CCW, SmartBuy, Beeline (CWC), and FinABC.
  • •Basic knowledge of Opex, Capex, and COGS categories, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
