Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and mentor security professionals across Mexico City and the LATAM region, setting operational objectives and ensuring accountability for results.
  • •Serve as the physical security subject-matter expert by implementing/enforcing global standards while adapting to local laws, risks, and site requirements.
  • •Oversee emergency response and crisis management plans, coordinating with internal groups and partners, running drills/exercises, and tracking corrective actions.
  • •Direct event security and executive protection support, including security planning, staffing/access control, and secure movement/escort guidance for VIPs.
  • •Monitor and assess regional risks, support investigations and workplace violence prevention, manage vendors and security services, and drive operational performance through KPIs.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military service, intelligence, emergency management, or closely related roles.
  • •Demonstrated success leading teams and programs across operations, training, vendor performance, and budget management.
  • •Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written, spoken, and comprehension).
  • •Strong knowledge of physical security operations, emergency response, event security, investigations, workplace violence prevention, and asset protection.
  • •Ability to make sound decisions and provide visible leadership during high-stress situations, including onsite work in Mexico City with travel as needed.
