Job Summary

Develop and maintain test scenarios, procedures, and evaluation plans for autonomous vehicles by analyzing driving environments and real-world data. Perform performance analysis and reporting, identify weaknesses, and derive improvement actions. Coordinate with developers to support performance growth for the autonomous vehicle systems within the Autonomous Driving (AD) engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze driving environments to develop autonomous vehicle test scenarios and procedures.
•Establish test plans for autonomous vehicle evaluations.
•Analyze and report autonomous vehicle performance based on real-drive data.
•Identify weaknesses in autonomous vehicles and derive improvement actions.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of ADAS/AD vehicle test or design experience (or 2+ years of in-vehicle component test experience) with OEM or tier 1 exposure.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Control Engineering.
•Experience developing ADAS/AD sensor (Radar, Camera, LiDAR) scenarios, test procedures, and evaluation criteria.
•Experience in vehicle-level testing and validation of ADAS/AD sensor functions (Radar, Camera, LiDAR).
•Hands-on experience using data measurement instruments (excluding experience only using provided tools).
