  • •Translate complex technical concepts and platform capabilities into prescriptive solution recommendations for customers.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.
  • •Drive customer time-to-value through scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations and adoption.
