Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume the official role of the Form 4 holder (Nominated Line Maintenance Manager) toward the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw).
  • •Lead and coordinate line maintenance operations at the site and, if required, at outside facilities.
  • •Ensure compliance with DEMAR 145, MOE requirements, and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • •Manage deployment of personnel, tools, and materials to support operations across a regular 5-day workweek.
  • •In coordination with CAMO and operator LTG 64, ensure punctual, safe, and compliant Release to Service of aircraft for daily flight operations; report and collaborate with internal quality and safety management.

Key Requirements

  • •Have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Deep knowledge of EASA/EMAR regulations (Parts 145, 66, CAMO, 21) and relevant military aviation regulations, with willingness to thoroughly familiarize if needed.
  • •Willingness to undergo a security clearance check (at least Ü2 level according to the German Security Clearance Act / SÜG) is strictly mandatory.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Must have the right to live and work in Germany.
