Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely and promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture by following safety requirements and PPE use.
  • •Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance and professionalism.
  • •Safely remove Freon, power steering fluid, power brake fluid, batteries, excess garbage, and other materials per prescribed procedures.
  • •Extract and harvest automotive fluids and components (e.g., gasoline, coolant, waste oil, transfer case oil, catalytic converters) per prescribed procedures.
  • •Prepare vehicles and customer materials by positioning vehicles on wheel stands, dismantling engines/transmissions, operating the tire machine, and assisting with shipment/logs and environmental controls.

Key Requirements
