Key Responsibilities

  • •Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code to support the EHR platform goals.
  • •Design and implement robust data pipelines and infrastructure for internal and external healthcare data sources with high availability.
  • •Lead end-to-end data migrations for client launches, minimizing downtime and preserving data integrity.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, AI, and RCM teams to refine requirements and deliver robust features.
  • •Uphold coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews to foster engineering excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional software development experience
  • •Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript) and frameworks
  • •Experience with full backend development stack (Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, monitoring/alerting)
  • •Track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making architectural decisions
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
