Key Responsibilities

•Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code to support the EHR platform goals.
•Design and implement robust data pipelines and infrastructure for internal and external healthcare data sources with high availability.
•Lead end-to-end data migrations for client launches, minimizing downtime and preserving data integrity.
•Collaborate with product, design, AI, and RCM teams to refine requirements and deliver robust features.
•Uphold coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews to foster engineering excellence.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional software development experience
•Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript) and frameworks
•Experience with full backend development stack (Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, monitoring/alerting)
•Track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making architectural decisions
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
