Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and inspire the regional sales team to achieve KPIs including revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, LCM, Help Rate, and Same Day Help.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop the Hearing Care team, including selection, hiring, development, and performance management.
  • •Ensure customer-centered delivery and compliance with AudioNova care standards and sales/customer processes, including meeting audiological requirements.
  • •Oversee compliance with local and global policies and procedures, including HIPAA, licensing, state mandated CEUs, billing, and applicable laws.
  • •Support talent management initiatives and strategic projects, including change management, engagement strategies, and portfolio management with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong business acumen.
  • •2 to 3 years of relevant multi-unit management experience and prior business management experience.
  • •Proven marketing, sales, and business growth success in a high-touch, customer-focused environment.
  • •Effective professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
